Weather can be unpredictable, and it's not always possible to fly our drones in strong wind or heavy rain. If we can't film on the agreed date, we'll reschedule as soon as possible or wait until the weather clears on the day. We use a 7-day weather forecast to help with scheduling.

You can use your content anywhere you like! Square Box Media retains ownership of the images, footage, and graphics produced. The music used in our videos is license-free, so it can be used on any platform. Enjoy sharing your content!

We are the legal owners of all footage and photography taken on a project. When you purchase a service, you are free to use the final project as you see fit. Ownership of any footage or images can be purchased at an agreed rate. Your satisfaction is our priority!

No deposit is needed for projects within our catchment area. For projects outside our catchment area, a 25% deposit is required, and you'll be notified in advance. We invoice on the first working day of the month for the previous month's orders, with payment due within 5 working days.

We deliver the final product via WeTransfer.com, a safe and free method for sending large files without quality loss. Alternatively, we can deliver the final project to you in person via a memory stick. Your convenience is our priority!
